On Thursday morning we left to go on a mini work/vacation to San Antonio. Jeremy hadn't been home all week and we were missing him so we decided to tag a long when we had the chance. We left early Thursday and made our way to San Antonio but not before stopping at the Kolache shop for sandies, cookies.......you name it we bought it......you name it, we ate it. We all came home 5 lbs heavier! I won't talk about the car ride because it was what it was. When Eddie would fall asleep, Caroline would wake him up and you know how the rest of the story goes. All I know is I was glad to get where we were going! We checked into the Embassy Suites Hotel or better known as the "E" Hotel. Eddie thought the "E" was for his name. The truth is, the kids had so much fun in the hotel room. In my opinion, pretty kid proofed- more so than our house.

We were really tired quite honestly. We went to the mall planning to go to Cheesecake Factory. Well when they told us it was going to be 30 minutes, normally not a big deal, but after a long car drive we decided that instead of eating there we would go to Chik-fil-et! It was the Chocolate Tuxedo Cheesecake to go from the Cheesecake Factory that added the first 2 lbs!

Over the past few days Caroline has been saying Cheese for the camera.
