We put in some beach time for sure! Michael and Eddie couldn't be better cousins! They play together so well and truly look out for eachother.


I can assure you that Caroline was never a beach pail away! She had a blast. I watched her and Michael fill up many buckets.
My babies played and played and played. The days were nearly perfect. I woke up around 7:00 and started the coffee! Shortly after the kids and Jeremy would wake up. They would have breakfast while I ran along the beach ( I MISS IT). When I returned we walked to the beach. I strolled Caroline along the beach every now and then because she kind of was all over the place, while Jeremy played with Eddie. Around 1:00 I would take Caroline up to the room and lay her down for a nap. Jeremy came a little bit later with Eddie and he would then take a nap. During nap time Jeremy's mom stayed in the room. One day the guys went deep sea fishing so I went to the pool. Another afternoon the guys went jet skiing so I again went to the pool. A few days we spent naptime together poolside another few reading books at the beach.

We had talked and talked and TALKED about letting Eddie ride Go Carts ever since The Great Escape where we were sadly informed that he was too small. So when we got to Padre the first Go Cart we came across we checked the height restriction. Too small. The second place he was big enough. Eighteen dollars later he was able to ride with his daddy!
